Online Producer opportunity

I was contacted by a recruiter looking for an Online Producer. I love my new job (and y'all know how I feel about games, LOL), so I'm not interested in pursuing this, but I figured someone else might be. Here's the description:

PRODUCER, ONLINE DEVELOPMENT JOB DESCRIPTION

MISSION: To develop and maintain entertaining and engaging websites that meet the branding and business needs of each core brand.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1- ONLINE DEVELOPMENT 75%

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

* College degree, preferably in communications or marketing
* At least 2-3 years of prior web producing experience preferably in the children’s entertainment market and/or online community environments
* Strong writing and communication skills

AUTHORITY:

* Reports to Sr. Producer, Online Development

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITY:

* Experience producing the development and maintenance of online content and games
* Creative self-starter with strong follow-through skills
* Strong writing, editorial and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with flowchart and scheduling experience
* Ability to finish a project on time and on budget
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
* Ability to deal with changing priorities
* Hard working, detail oriented and efficient
* Ability to analyze and apply data to improve results
* Strong QA skills
* Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator
* Diplomatic, persistent and friendly
* Good technical knowledge
* Good strategy planning skills
* Passion for children’s entertainment

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Online Development:
a. Oversee the development of one of our core brand sites, working with an outside developer and MGA’s internal product development team
b. Develop production and maintenance schedules and manage the creation and development of content under tight deadlines
c. Manage the flow of assets and information between internal and external teams
d. Produce game concepts (from concept to completion) that support the product and enhances overall game play on the site
e. Work with International distributors and agents to support localization and marketing initiatives
f. Manage the QA process
g. Support the development and maintenance of other games and/or sites

Marketing Strategy:
a. Work with product managers to develop online marketing and promotional plans
b. Review focus group testing results and integrate into online marketing strategy
c. Prepare traffic and usage reports on an as-needed basis

Competitive Research:
a. Research competition, document features, and present comparisons
b. Work with the Research Dept. to formally/informally test competitive sites and our sites with kids
c. Research new technology that supports online and product development

Perform other duties, as job requires.
