DIRECTV’s interactive TV design department is looking for an experienced Senior Designer that can help energize the ongoing growth of its interactive design pursuits. This individual will need to play well with others, have a strong foundation in graphic design and typography and a comprehensive understanding of web production. The ideal candidate must be able to take creative direction, but also run with scissors and push the limits of the medium. It’s also important for this individual to have the ability to communicate their ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

Design application interfaces and ads for broadcast that are both visually amazing and smart. Develop key creative and style elements, coordinate with management to meet all production, integration and approval deadlines, and work within the technical requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates will have at least 5 years of design for digital media experience, as evidenced by portfolio and professional references; expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator; experience in UI design; and successful work experience in high-pressure, deadline-oriented environments.

Salary range $60-70K plus 12% bonus ( based on personal and company performance) plus great benefits
