It's frustrating... like many of the other jobs I see posted, I'm ALMOST qualified for this one, but not quite. Since I got moved around and retitled so many times at WBOL I missed out on some training, and I never had a chance to get really proficient in all the stuff that the rest of the Web Developers did, like action scripting, XHTML and whatnot.
I was all excited today when in my daily Monster email I got what would've been a PERFECT job for me... fit my skill set great, as it was primarily a content management sort of thing. It was for AETV.com - unfortunately, it's in Stamford, Connecticut! And as much as my brothers would like me to move back there, it ain't happening anytime soon! LOL
